I am a university-teacher (working for the largest university in the public sector of Bangladesh; University of Dhaka) since 2002. I have studied in the University of Western Australia (Australia) and Maastricht School of Management (The Netherlands) in addition to my alma matter University of Dhaka (Bangladesh). Other than teaching (broadly on the area of Finance, Banking, and Insurance; and specifically the courses like Central Banking, Monetary Policy, Financial Service Marketing, OB & HRM, Economics, Communication etc.), I am a work-family researcher (studying the family-friendliness of banking industry viewing with a gender-lens). Currently, I am also working as Director in Jibon Bima Corporation and Independent Director in Uniorn Capital Ltd.. I am also involved in consultancy services to UNDP Bangladesh and IFC (World Bank).Read less
