孔院资讯 | 达卡孔院为水仙花国际大学提供的汉语课程正式开课Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka Launches Chinese Language Course for Daffodil International University
On February 15th, 2023, the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka and Daffodil International University Belt and Road Research Center held an online launch ceremony of Chinese language courses. The next day, the elementary Chinese language course officially started in Daffodil International University.
On February 15th, the opening ceremony of the Chinese Language Course was attended by various individuals, including Prof. Mohammed Masum Iqbal, the Dean of the Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship at Daffodil International University, Dr. Yang Hui, the Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka, Dr. AKM Mohsin, the Deputy Director of the Belt and Road Research Center of Daffodil International University, Aga Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury, Chinese Language teacher from the Confucius Institute at DU, as well as students from Daffodil International University.
The course will be instructed by a local Chinese Language teacher, Mr.Aga Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury, from the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka, there will be two classes per week. On February 16th, the first class was held and the students showed enthusiasm by actively participating in interactions. The one & a half hour class concluded in a warm atmosphere with enthusiastic exchanges. Mr. Aga Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury encouraged students to participate actively in classroom discussions, practice more, master basic Chinese knowledge, and improve their Chinese proficiency.
Since the establishment of the Belt and Road Research Center at Daffodil International University last year, the Confucius Institute at DU has maintained close communication with the Center. In particular, since the resumption of the regular teaching of CI at DU, the two parties have collaborated in organizing cultural activities such as "Chinese Corner" and "Chinese Spring Festival Gala 2023". The launch of the Chinese language courses will further enhance the exchange and cooperation between the two parties.
2023年2月15日，达卡大学孔子学院和水仙花国际大学“一带一路”研究中心在线举办了汉语课程开班仪式。次日，初级汉语课程在水仙花国际大学正式开课，课程反响良好，受到同学们的热烈欢迎。
水仙花国际大学商学院院长和“一带一路”研究中心主任马苏德（Prof. Mohammed Masum Iqbal）教授、达卡孔院中方院长杨惠博士、水仙花国际大学“一带一路”研究中心副主任阿克姆莫辛(Dr. Akm Mohsin)博士、达卡孔院本土中文教师于浩文(Aga Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury)以及来自水仙花国际大学的同学们参加了15日的开班仪式。马苏德教授、杨惠院长和莫辛博士对水仙花国际大学开设中文课程给予了积极评价和较高期望。他们希望同学们能够把握好机会，认真学习中文这一世界上使用人数最多的重要语言，为今后的个人发展注入新动力。同时，也希望同学们能够利用这一学习平台更好地了解中国、学习中国文化，为促进中孟两国人民之间的相互了解和友谊做出贡献。
该门课程由达卡大学孔子学院的本土中文教师于浩文授课，每周两次课。在16日的第一堂课上，学生们兴致勃勃，积极参与互动，一个半小时的课程在热烈的交流和愉快的气氛中圆满结束。于浩文老师对学生们的学习热情表示欢迎和欣慰，并鼓励学生们在今后的教学中积极参与课堂讨论，勤加练习，掌握汉语基础知识，提高汉语水平。
达卡大学孔子学院自去年水仙花国际大学成立“一带一路”研究中心以来，一直与该中心保持着密切交流。特别是去年9月恢复线下教学以来，双方已合作举办过“中国角”和“2023欢乐春节联欢会”等文化活动。此次中文教学点的设立，将进一步深化双方的交流与合作。
