Exchange and Sharing Meeting between Chinese and Bangladeshi students was held by Confucius Institute at DU中孟留学生分享交流会在达卡大学现代语言学院中文系成功举办
On January 23, 2024, the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka and the Department of Chinese Language and Culture, Institute of Modern Languages of Dhaka University jointly held the 5th China-Bangladesh Language and Culture Exchange Camp & China-Bangladesh Students Sharing and Exchange Meeting at the Department. Fifteen Chinese students who have returned from studying in China, nine students who recently participated in the “Chinese Bridge” exchange camp in China, and five Chinese students from Yunnan University who are studying and researching in Bangladesh shared their experiences and feelings about studying and living in China and Bangladesh.
The Bangladeshi students said that the experience of visiting and studying in China made them more fascinated with Chinese culture. They said that the trip to China changed their understanding of China, and also made them more determined to learn Chinese and study in China, and hoped to become a bridge of friendship between China and Bangladesh in the future. Five Chinese students from Yunnan University, who are about to finish their three-month field research program in Bangladesh, also shared their understanding and feelings of Bangladesh. They said that in the past two months, they have received a lot of help from Bangladeshi teachers and students, and experienced different local cultures and customs. The kind and friendly Bangladeshi people have made them love here more. The experience in Bangladesh left them with precious and unforgettable memories.
Since the first China-Bangladesh Language and Culture Exchange Camp was held in September 2021, the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka has held five sessions so far, aiming to enhance mutual understanding between the young people of the two countries through dialogue and exchanges, promote friendly exchanges between the young people of the two countries, and further strengthen mutual trust between the two civilizations. By sharing knowledge, experience and ideas, the youth of China and Bangladesh can work together to contribute the long-term friendship between two countries and the regional and global peace and development.
2024年1月23日，达卡大学孔子学院与达卡大学现代语言学院中文系在该系共同举办了“第五届中孟语言文化交流营暨中孟留学生分享交流会”。从中国留学回来的15名中文系学生和不久前参加“汉语桥”赴华交流营的9名学生，以及正在孟加拉国学习调研的5名云南大学研究生分享了他们在中国和孟加拉国学习、生活的经历和感受。
2023年下半年，达卡孔院推荐了两批共9名同学参加了“汉语桥”赴华交流营，其中5名学生作为代表进行了分享。古雅文和钱语诗分别介绍了她们对于北京和云南的印象，分享她们在中国的点点滴滴和收获，坦言这段经历让她们对中国文化更加着迷。孙杰等三人用生动的视频让大家看到“汉语桥”交流营精彩纷呈的活动和难得的体验，他们表示中国之行改变了他们对中国的认知，也让他们更加坚定了学好中文和留学中国的决心。
刚从中国返回孟加拉国的十余名留学生也用视频或现场分享了他们在中国的故事。视频展现了他们在中国大学校园的日常生活，还让在场的学生跟随他们的脚步了解中国美食、交通、科技等方面的情况，欣赏美丽的山川。张继德说他打算继续申请中国研究生，希望在中国可以学到更多专业知识，并且希望在将来可以成为中孟交流的桥梁。
即将结束在孟三个月调研任务的来自云南大学的5名研究生也同大家分享了他们对孟加拉国的理解和在这里生活的感受。他们表示，这两个多月来，他们得到了许多老师和同学的帮助，体验了不一样的风土人情，善良友好的孟加拉国人民让他们更加热爱这里，虽然时间短暂，却留下了弥足珍贵的难忘回忆。他们期待有机会能够在中国与大家重逢。
交流活动上，赴华留学生王俊杰为大家演唱了歌曲《同桌的你》，悠扬的旋律让人回味曾经的时光；云南大学三名女生也演唱了歌曲《小情歌》，引得现场阵阵欢呼。
参加当天活动的还有达卡大学现代语言学院中文系前系主任阿弗扎尔·侯赛因教授、中文系主任张娜副教授、达卡大学孔子学院中方院长杨惠博士和孔院的老师们。阿弗扎尔·侯赛因教授和杨惠院长在总结中鼓励同学们努力学习，追逐梦想。世界因文化多样性而精彩，也因理解而繁荣，语言是文化沟通的桥梁，也是了解一个国家的钥匙，他们希望同学们学好中文，用这把钥匙开启一段不一样的人生。
达卡大学孔子学院自2021年9月举办第一期“中孟语言文化交流营”以来，迄今已举办五届，旨在通过对话交流增进两国青年间的相互理解，促进两国青年友好往来，进而加强两国文明互信。通过共享知识、经验和理念，中孟两国的青年可以携手为促进地区乃至全球的和平与发展做出积极贡献。
