Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka The Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka (CI at DU) jointly established by Yunnan University of China and Dhaka University of Bangladesh officially began operation in May 2016.On October 14, 2016, It was unveiled by H.E Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China and H.E Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka is the second Confucius Institute in Bangladesh and the second Confucius Institute hosted by Yunnan University in Bangladesh.
