Fulbright Specialist of USA Dr. Albert James Arnold jr. called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan today February 19, 2025 at the latter’s office of the university.

Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) Prof. Dr. Sayema Haque Bidisha, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) Prof. Dr. Mamun Ahmed and Treasurer Prof. Dr. M. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury were present on this occasion.

During the meeting they discussed the possibilities of undertaking a project titled ‘Maximizing Accreditation Scope and Ranking Potential’ for enhancing the quality of education and research at DU. The US Fulbright Specialist will provide guidance to DU faculty members and researchers regarding international ranking, self-assessment and research documentation under this project.

It may be mentioned that Dr. Albert James Arnold jr. has already delivered his speech in different seminars at DU and exchanged views with DU faculty members.
