He has completed PhD in Agricultural Sciences with major chair of Regional and Global resource Economics from Kagoshima University, Japan. Apart from that his major in MSc. was also in the same discipline. He has also completed MBA in Human Resource Management and BBA in Management Studies from University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The core theme of his doctoral program was “Sustainable Development Conditions of Dairy Farming: A Case Study of Japan and Bangladesh”. He worked with sixth industrialization model in Japanese dairy and cooperative model in Bangladeshi Dairy sector.
He has also experienced in the field of international business for six years and gathered practical knowledge in international business and business management. He is skilled at communicating effectively with diverse people across diverse platforms. In his position as head of international business at Daishin Co., Ltd., had a chance to attend business meetings in different countries including USA, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Bangladesh etc. he has received recognition from President of Daishin Co., Ltd. In 2017 and 2018.
In his position as an associate professor at Nagasaki Wesleyan University, he is delivering lectures in both Japanese and English. In addition, he published number of articles in both academic journals and conference proceedings. His current research interests in corporate social responsibility of Japanese company which are doing business outside Japan
