Anthropology Debating Club (ADC) won the 15th Nafia Gazi Inter-Department Debate Competition-2023
Anthropology Debating Club (ADC), University of Dhaka, won the "15th Nafia Gazi Inter-Department Debate Competition-2023". It is the most prestigious inter-department debate tournament at Dhaka University. The competition was organized by Dhaka University Debating Society (DUDS) from 06-07 October 2023. The members of the ADC team are Md. Asifur Rahman (Batch-27), Mostafa Mushfique Talukdar (Batch-29), Ashraful Alam Pranto (Batch-29), and Ania Fahim (Batch-30). The ADC team became champion, winning the hardest competition among 52 participating teams. Debater of the final was Ashraful Alam Khan Pranto. The then Honorable Vice-Chancellor of the University of Dhaka Professor Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman handed over the Trophy and praised the Champion Team - Anthropology Debating Club. Anthropology Team is the first to win the tournament twice in a row with the highest 3 Nafia Gazi titles.
